In honor of AAPI Heritage Month and Mother's Day, the Oakland Fortune Factory & Annie's T Cakes have partnered together to offer a unique Mother's Day photoshoot activity and a special cookie gift box.
​
Each box contains a special set of modern, handmade cookies inspired by traditional Asian flavors.

The Mooncookie
The Mooncookie is an original Annie’s T Cakes concept–mooncakes reimagined as classic American cookies. These delicious desserts are American style cookies featuring Annie’s T Cakes mooncake fillings. The first flavor to be released is a sugar cookie with black sesame mooncake filling.

Mother's Day Fortune Cookies
Each fortune cookie is hand-folded by Mama Fortune herself before its decorated by her Daughter Alicia. The Mother-Daughter team is proud to create this set of chocolate dipped fortune cookies. The character "家", which symbolizes family, is hand embellished in gold.
Sesame Snapdragons
Mama Fortune's favorite, each cookie is carefully sprinkled with sesame seeds just before they're baked. The result is a golden toasted sesame cookie with a wonderfully addictive crunchiness and flavor.

About Annie's T Cakes
Annie’s T Cakes is an Asian American, woman-owned business making vegan Asian snacks and desserts in Oakland, CA. Since its founding in January 2021, Annie’s T Cakes has partnered with organizations of all sizes, recently making custom almond cookies for A24 Films premier of Everything Everywhere All At Once. All products are handmade and packaged in compostable packaging with a mission to create a more culturally diverse and ecologically sound food space.
These days, Annie's T Cakes products can be ordered online at anniestcakes.com for pick up in Oakland or shipping throughout California. Annie's T Cakes also has a booth at local farmers markets including the Grand Lake Farmers Market in Oakland.
