Turnaround time range between 3-9 business days, depending on order size & complexity. High order volumes or severe weather can also increase production time.

Please add a Need-By Date in the "Special Request Section" during checkout. We work around the clock to get everything shipped in a timely manner.

If you need it sooner, please contact us via the Chat Function, email, or phone. We are best reached through via email or text.

Larger orders of 500 or more (particularly chocolate-dipped cookies) should to be placed 2-3 weeks ahead of time.

Tours are currently only available for K-12 Schools & Youth Programs Please Schedule in Advance

To protect immuno-compromised individuals in our staff, we are unable to offer Walk-In tours. Our store front is open weekdays for browsing with an assortment of cookies available for purchase.

Please ring doorbell or call us, we're typically working inside.

K-12 Schools + Youth Group Info: Minimum Group Size - 15 people Admission $6.00 per person Available hours: 10-3pm Duration: Tours are roughly 20 minutes. Includes a detailed tour about the history of the factory, how fortune cookies were made. Group maximum is 17 people per round, so if you have 30 individuals, it'll be split into 2 groups. Travel/Parking: We're 5 minutes from 12th Street BART station & 7 minutes from Lake Merritt BART station. Street parking is usually available.
