How early should I place an order?
Please contact us if you need an order by a specific date. We recommend ordering custom
cookies at least a week ahead of time***. If you need it sooner, please contact us via the Chat Function, email, or phone. We are best reached through via our website or email.
Generally, the more complex your order, the longer it will take us to make. If you order 15 different types of chocolate dipped cookies, it would take us longer to make than if you order 15 cookies of the same type.
We recommend that large orders of 500 or more (particularly chocolate-dipped cookies) should to be placed 2-4 weeks ahead of time.
***There is a Rush Fee for large orders that are completed in less than 3 business days, depending on quantity. Please let us know so we can help you put your order together.***

How does shipping work?
We ship to all 50 States with USPS and UPS.
We do not ship International or APOS.
We have Store Pickup and Bay Area Delivery options in addition to shipping (see next section). We ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is between 1-5 days, not including turnover time to make your order. Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Box Addresses may take additional delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the USPS.
Delivery times can be impacted during holiday season especially during COVID.
If you have a private FedEx Shipping or UPS Shipping account that you want us to use, please contact us to place your order so we can subtract the shipping costs from your order. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for late deliveries due to scheduling. The estimated time to complete shipping orders still apply, so please plan accordingly.

Store Pick Up & Bay Area Delivery
Store pick up is available and free of charge. You will see an option to select Store Pick up when you reached the last page of checkout.
When your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a calendar link for you to confirm the day/time you'd come by.
